This document outlines the privacy policy for PROCON Localization & Outsourcing Company (”PROCON”). We understand the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the data you provide. This applies to all personal data you provide when you access PROCON websites when you use PROCON web services.

By providing us with your personal data when you access or view PROCON Websites or use the PROCON web services, you consent and agree to PROCON collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information such as your name; email address; phone number; address; date of birth; profile image; academic qualifications; and identification documents given by the school/college/university/ institute; Resume; personal interest and preferences; working experience; other information associated with a resume for a job application when you fill out a form on our website or subscribe to our newsletter.

The personal data is collected, used, disclosed, and/or processed for the following purpose:

  1. Provide and deliver the Services you have requested

  2. Operate our internal operations, systems, products, and services

  3. Send service-related information associated with our products, and services, including confirmation but not limited to actions taken (e.g. ), invoice raised, updates - enhancement, support, and administrative messages

  4. Provide updates on promotions, upcoming events, and news about our products and services.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior on our website. This information may include your IP address, browser type, and operating system. We use this information to improve our website and to provide you with a better browsing experience. International Transfer of Personal Data Collected

To facilitate PROCON’s global operation, we may transfer and access the personal data of PROCON Clients from anywhere in the world. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if PROCON transfers the personal data of PROCON Clients to other countries.

Communications Preferences

PROCON offers Clients and Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how PROCON uses the information provided. If you have previously consented to but no longer wish to receive marketing and non-transactional communications, please click on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of PROCON marketing emails. 

Security

We have implemented security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to ensure that your data is secure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Correction

You are entitled to request to correct an error or omission in the personal data which we hold about you, to recruitment@proconid.com.

Correction

The consent that you provide for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is withdrawn by you in writing.

You are entitled to withdraw any consent you have provided to us previously and to request us to stop collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed herein, by submitting your request to recruitment@proconid.com.

Please note that we are generally not obliged to forward any request for withdrawal of consent to any third party to whom we have disclosed your personal data – such request should be made directly with such third party.

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, we shall seek to process your request within 10 working days of receiving it. Should we not be able to respond to your request within 10 working days of receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within 10 working days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.

Your Rights to the Personal Data

PROCON may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. PROCON will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Policy on PROCON websites at least 10 business days.
