We offer 3 main services: 

PROCON is short of PT. PROCON Indo Sekata. We are a company that specializes in the localization
industry, located in the heart of Indonesia's capital, Jakarta.

Because we are more than just a translation company. We will carefully listen to what your needs are, and we will draw out the best alternative that would meet your requirements and budget.

Yes, we do provide services for foreign companies. Actually, our main target is foreign companies that
want to market and localize their products/services in Indonesia.

We provide services mainly for Chinese (Simplified), English, and Bahasa Indonesia. However, we are
looking forward to adding a few more languages to serve more clients around the world.

The process of translation normally depends on the size and agreement of your order/project.
Meaning, it could be an open-end project or one-time project. Before we kick-off the project, we usually agree on a specific timeline as the deadline submission.

You can simply send your inquiry and document details to our email by clicking here. We will reach out to you as soon as possible when we receive an order from you. If you would like to discuss your project, or you have a big order, please contact us here.

You can contact us, and our project manager will calculate an estimation of delivery for you. If the
estimation works for you, then we will execute and process the work immediately. Please be notified that rush work tends to have a higher rate.


  • How do I make the payment?

Depending on your order/project, you will normally be sent an invoice (soft-copy) with the payment
details. You are expected to complete the payment before the work is initiated.

If your project is an open-end, then you will be sent a monthly invoice regularly.

  • What is the payment method?

Currently, we only accept bank transfer method. Let us know if you are not able to make the payment
via bank transfer.


  • Will my materials/ file/ content stay confidential?

We absolutely value the confidentiality of your materials/file/content. We will only distribute your file to
the assigned translators, and they have signed an agreement to not distribute and/or use your content for personal benefits.

  • Can I request for revisions or edits if there are errors to be found?

Yes, you can. Once the work has been returned to you, you may do revision 2 (two) times. If the work is
still not satisfactory, you can raise a dispute to us, and we will justify the case based on the company's policies.
